On the other hand if they need 25 million then its probably an additional 100 million shares or about a 12% dilution.
The real kick in the teetch will come when they conclude their feasibility study(ies) and then need a lot more money. Then the consolidation will take place probably on a 10 for one basis and thus brings the share count back to under 100 million and share price will be in the 3 to 4 dollar range (assuming that it climbs to 30 to 40 cents pre consolidation).
My humble opinion and I dont have the deep insight that you, or Kramasy or others have on this as I look at this as a passive investment.
