RE:Standstill agreements & hostile offer expired a month ago !Well Cornerstunned is taking a page from the Tricky Nick playbook - they issue $6.9M worth of shares with Cannacord (oh surprise) at a price 12 to 15% below recent depressed share price.

Stupid is a word that comes to mind

Did they really need to raise money for general corporate purposes at this time ?

Really, how much money is required to spruce up the office and get a couple big screen TVs - especially when they remain on mute on how they were going to change the Sol Board in the pretext of providing better managment and looking out for share holder value.  

This is not a move that inspires confidence
