RE:RE:20 million shares at $5.60would have to have a purpose for sure as service acquisitions can be funded by cash on hand. that would mean funding for a multitude of boo contracts forthcoming or a hydrogen acquisition. what doesnt make sense to me though is that if an issue is on the horizon why not complete the uplisting first so that more institutions qualify to participate.  Also usually good news/contracts before an issue so also looking for that before raising money. To blindly throw out an amount without direction doesnt make sense to me.
