And it's not Personal Ab you always seems
like an honest guy to me atleast give me credit that I respect you enough to answer you in a conversation unlike this Qnc managment your defending. 

Here an idea Why don't you call them and leave a message saying you want to make an offer for the company and see if they call you back.  If they don't call you back then you know for sure they are leaving in 3 months.
