Valuation is what you will payAnyone posting here who thinks (or is trying to imply) that this is a bad deal is not an investor, at best they are daytraders, or they are shorters. Company valuations are basically what people will pay regardless of what the companies actual intrinsic value is, in Pyro case they were worth around $2.50 at the beginning of the year with the $40 mm backlog and I was buying at .20 in March, since then they have added $$millions$$ more in sales so intrinsic value is now higher, the recent PP at $3.60 sounds about right, now add the reality of what just happened today by signing our first contract with a major iron ore company... woot woot all aboard!
