From Nov 17 news regarding delay in financials near the bottom :

The Company is working towards closing the previously announced Offering by the end of November.

I hope they hand picked the investors and if it was more insiders thats even better.

Why do you say we will know within the week? I saw someone here put it can technically stay open until January??

Also if it was really closed I think we would see a run on the price at least up to the PP level.
