I would love for it to hit $1.20 a share again, I would load up. But I really don't think that will happen. It's done well despite the rising Covid number numbers and business restrictions. The dividend is covered (96% payout ratio), and is expected to continue to decrease going forward. And like Canaccord said in their report from last Friday, it's likely that DIV will be able to increase their dividend back up near the end of next year.
