Share offering? Did i miss something?

Share offering? Did i miss something?Was there some signal I missed that a share offering is imminent? This idea seems to have entered the minds of some of the big shareholders on this board recently and it has me nervous to say the least. Personally, if they did that right now, i would lose faith in this management and my investment. I am wondering what it was that kicked off all the banter on the subject? Please ease my mind
