Mixed massages

Mixed massagesSorry to say, but although this has been acting like an issue is coming, technically this is a screaming buy here both short and mid-term. I suspect that even if there is a financing announced, it will have little or no negative effect. Probably a positive one in fact.
Look at EXRO now. They announced $35 million at $3.25 this morning . The stock got down to $3.66, Now it's $4.60.
The thing about financings is, once they're done, they're done. The company has the money in the bank and the market knows there won't be another one around the corner.
Personally, iminent financing or not, I think Xebec is a very good buy here.
