RE:RE:RE:Don Lay - insiderGotta anticipate the volatlity with a microcap, most important point is the rally demonstrated the perceived value here, certainly be exercising my 15c warrants expecting the SP to make those 40c levels again.
Perhaps not blindingly obvious on the surface but the interest in mineral sands monazite waste to a rare earth feedstock has gone off the scale in both US & Australia, with some big name players getting serious plus numerous pte comanies holding assets.
Within 500klm of where I live in Melbourne, Victoria there is +100yrs supply of rare earths, just below the surface, that have already been semi processed by mother nature eons ago. This has been known for decades, Iluka was supplying monazite waste to Solvay's separation plant at La Rochelle in France thru the mid 90's until the levels of radiation became an issue.
Players like Iluka have been sitting back waiting for RE industry to develop the maturity, scalr & IP to make processing the resource viable, improving the economics of their much larger business.
MDL potentially sits on some very valuable IP, their comprehensive flow sheet development that is pretty much agnostic, and worked up over years, valuable not merely in terms of $ cost to replicate but time, anyone wanting to maximise a resource quickly, ahead of the pack, is going to want to take a look at MDL.
