I see the price was relatively high until the big collapse in August. Was there any explanation for the big drop? The volumes were low for a pump-and-dump. Is this just about an enterprise gone bad? Inept management?

It's always risky doing business in China. So many bogus officials misrepresenting their authority and problems with the underlying contradiction of capitalism in a pseudo-communist state.
