Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:SweetWater
If 30% of craft brewers are going out of business wouldn't that be a good time to buy a craft brewer especially one that has well established brands and a functioning bottling line? With so many MSO calling Aphria, you're going to have to turn away a few. Partners are for companies with poor business acumen who can't manage themselves in a growing industry much like WEED did with STZ.

Pretty sure Biden will EO Cannabis reform early since it will be a huge boost to the States economy and generate much needed state level taxes.

We overpaid. 30% of craft breweries are going under. Could've snagged something out of bankruptcy. Simon chases suitors away. If this company is the steal of a deal some claim, why no partner? Instead we blow 300 million on future prospects. MJ is not high priority for Biden. It will be 4 years before they get around to it.
