I suspect this is the spin out will open up the path to the 3 amigo's move to pursue a strategic course which will ipen up the way for them all to derive the maximum value of their treaty creek positions. I suspect the spin out is meant to minimize the dilutionary impact of any financings required to pursue the development of the spun out properties. I suspect any financing the post dec 3rd amk will do will be dedicated to the pursuit of value at treaty creek.....well and the usual administration expenses....
