With stock selling a little over 3 cents if the downside is only a couple of pennies it means you lose almost everything. The problem here is the market values it a about 3 cents or so which means the stock is virtually WORTHLESS. Normally with all these great properties it should be selling at least 15 to 20 cents. What is holding it back? Maybe worried about past performance details.
