Novo Resources Corp. is a gold explorer focused on discovering gold projects. The question is why is KL selling?

I don't need the bashers to respond.

Strategically why would KL sell when they currently have loads of cash? Why such a discount?

Is this why Eric left the KL board? did not believe in management direction or skill?

Everyone is focused on NVO skill and management, but maybe it is KL that does not know what they are doing.

NVO is a high value spec with lots of potential. KL is the lagger even when the price of gold was going up. Maybe KL is trying to sell themselves.

I have KL and NVO. Not sure about KL at this point.
