It also owns and operates a chain of retail stores under the Delta 9 Cannabis Store brand. It is focused on producing and selling cannabis oils, extracts, and derivative products.

subsidy question

Delta nine, "through a newly incorporated and partially owned subsidiary, Blue Horseshoe Manufacturing Inc., plans to manufacture and distribute the new technology."
Hemp me here, but does this mean the new technology is another business outside DN incorporation not part of their assets, revenue or profit except their share of the partial ownership? and what share might that be?
