Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

Likely to uplist to a major exchange which will unlock shareholder value.
Bring ATB-352 into human trials.

So when they sell Otenaproxesul they will have money to carry on with the other drugs in their pipeline...
The NASDAQ listing will euphemistically "open-up shareholder value."
