Sorry, VW, can't post a link as it's behind the client wall at Scotia iTrade. But what I posted was the pith of the article, at least for WEF.

If you're looking for an online discount broker, I'd recommend Scotia. Their analysts put on their trousers one leg at a time, but I don't mind paying $10 a trade to have access to their ideas. Some years ago I got really annoyed with Scotia over something, and went thru the rigamarole of opening an account with Royal, thinking I would have an account there while my wife would stay at Scotia. About 3/4 of the way thru the process, I found out that having an account at Royal's discount arm wouldn't let you see their analysts' research. End of story.
