RE:new mathThe share price fell from $1.01 US to 83 cents for an 18% decline in the stock price VALUE in one day, directly due to the announcement of the PP. I've said from day one that I didn't like nor understand why they decided to go that route. That said, what really matters to any shareholder at the end of the day? Pretty simple answer, only thing matters is the share price at any given time. US markets are closed today for Thanksgiving but the share price is set to open at 94 cents. If it does, we're now down only 7% since the announcement of the PP. I'm not concerned with 15% of this or 20% of that being "given away". The only thing I care about is the current share price. I fully understand that with the price of copper increasing we should be up 10% or so instead of being down 7% but we have recovered 11% since debacle day. What will the share price be in the early 2022? That's all I'm concerned with as all of my shares will then be taxed at 15% for profit. I continue to believe share price will go over $4 once Florence starts production, over $2 when permits are approved and construction starts. Would the SP have been higher at those times absent the PP mistake? Maybe. In the end, the share price will still go over my initial target when I started buying and that's all I care about.
Go copper, go Florence.
