The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

Court Approval

The court approved the purchase of the upgrader technology and sand cleaning technology by Genoil for approximately $2.5MM. CNRL gave complete support for the deal. Apparently Genoil has till monday to clean up some loose ends, but it sounds like we will be the proud owner of upgrader technolgy - for what it is worth. I confirmed this by call the law courts building today and they indicated that CE 3 was in chambers at 8;30 am. I can't wait for trading - I am out of here
