Antibe Therapeutics Inc(Pre-Merger) ATBPF

Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. The Company’s pipeline includes assets that seek to overcome the gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its lead drug, otenaproxesul, is in clinical development as an alternative to opioids and NSAIDs for acute pain. Its second pipeline drug, ATB-352, is being developed for a specialized pain indication. The Company also focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

RE:RE:RE:Strategic Exit?

RE:RE:RE:Strategic Exit?All fair comments.

I believe Dan is working to get this thing to a billion dollar valuation ... that's likely the immediate goal w.r.t. the the immediate strategy.

We know ATE is looking at any and every potential deal.
They will take a partnership for the 1st drug ... and ... the higher the initial payout, the lower the royalty payment.  We also know they would consider a full buyout of the company should one come their way.

I think ... if ATE does their job well, there should be multiple bidders for the first drug.

At some point, if a Big Pharma worried about competition for the first drug - or they really like the technology - they will go for the acquisition to ensure they snag the patents and take this technology in their own future direction.  This makes sense as the potential revenues are staggeringly high.

Now that we have the last two hires on our board, you know ATE is moving onto discussions with Big Pharma.  This is the beginning of the most important courting period.  It will take time.

So ... in the meantime ... start talking about your cards to the general public ... the ones you are going to show Big Pharma in detail.  This will move the share price while also generating chatter and interest.

The shares will have no choice but to start moving as analysts realize how cheap the shares are. Just my opinion.

- Tell the world about the new technology
- Tell them about the academic studies that will allow 340 to go a new direction compared to 346 and 352
- Tell the world where you are with 352 and when you might be able to submit for fast-track
- Build an exciting story around the enabling studies for P3 and show confidence in the P3 program
- Make a big deal about the meetings with FDA
- Get into the nitty-gritty of what Antibe's future looks like and how we can create an entire industy around gaseous mediators.
Surely we are talking about a market worth hundreds of billions of dollars.

Can you even believe the krap I'm throwing around here ????

Let's see if we're even remotely on the right track ... hahaha !!!!
