Every other Billion $ company ont he planet has released Q3 numbers by now (57 days after quarter end). any of you puzzled as to why these clowns havent? Hmmm....could it be because they are hoping to issue another ridiculous press release or 2 before a late Friday release when they imagine no one is watching.
A little math here: this "company" has about 93,000,000 shares O/S. About 90% of them are locked up until March which means there are 7 million free trading shares, and if i were to guess, more than half of those are held by insiders/friends of the promoter, under strict orders not to sell. So, the 3 million shares actually trading represent the same villains buying and selling between themselves every day, showing volume of 5% of the actual float every single day. ever wonder why this thing has 5% swings many days? Its because there is no actual "market" just hype. 0 - ZERO - institutional holders should tell all of you this is a fraud. not a single person with fiduciary duty would ever invest in this joke of a company.
i am begging those of you who have free trading stock to make it available for borrowing. i would sell 100,000 shares tomorrow if i could find them to borrow. this should tell all of you stooges something.
The other hilarious give away is all the retarded replies with one sentence answers about how "green" this "company" is. this is a frigging fraud. the CEO will end up on the front page of the Globe soon enough, and all of you tools will have to admit, you have been warned.
