I worked in the Broadcast industry for 20 years and we always said that the difference between Consumer and Broadcast electronics was you added another zero on the end.  $250.000 sounds like a lot but how does it compare to the price of the cannabis pods, 10X ?  As soon as you say Medical Grade anything the price skyrockets. Plus I would imagine that Delta nine would have to take out extra insurance as a medical supplier because what if a hospital was using it and it didn't kill the virus and they had a breakout what would be the legal ramifications?  $250K doesn't sound unreasonable when you consider the liability involved.
