I should add that most bad news is never disclosed. Many of these small cap co.s are quick to press release new initiatives, trials, etc. but when they fall through there is never a press release advising shareholders that they failed.

I would agree, the company has been too quiet.

If there was bad news, I have to think that it would have been disclosed by now. The company has done a great job of keeping all Stakeholders in the dark and guessing but the end result is no "loose lips". Obviously, we have to be close to some disclosure.
