Hoping for an easy $25, with courts not approving the

Transaction until companies deal with the Preferreds better.    If the courts approve the transaction, then $25 is uncertain, Preferreds will most likely need to go to court.

There's already Precedence...... so let's see if still the courts will let this continue as is..

I have little faith in our justice system, so most likely it will be approved.  

I have not seen anything yet that specifically says section 193 can void contract laws. 

Only way to avoid the contract is to avoid stating what's the "more Truth"....  by basically claiming that Husky is not winding up its affairs.     But IMHO, Effectively Husky is winding-up its affairs AS HUSKY and be no more....is more True than Husky continuing its affairs as Husky.  


All just my opinion.
