RE:Plasma vs Fossil Fule Torches (from Agoracom)A dry pellet is a dry pellet. A plasma torch may produce a "flame" which contains less H2O than a conventional burner of #2 or #6 oil. In other words it may be able to produce that same dry pellet at reduced gross energy input. All of that will have been exposed by the modeling therefore it will not be a surprise only a validation. Not a game changer at all in that repect. This one biurner is in reality a prototype. Everyone knows that it will fly. The question is will it meet specs or exceed them. PP torch will probably exceed them because PP is a cautious guy and not because of some unforeseen phenomenon. Validation removes risk, even imaginary risk, and will enable PP to raise the price as has been the case in the past with Drosrite/PP.
