Well the suit's based on: the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors

What was that? Sona thought they were solid, Health Canada wanted more data before they approved.

Sona thought they were going to be approved, else they would not have applied, kept working on manufaturing deals and then hired some lobbyiest to help get it over the bar, but they never guarenteed approval anywhere.

So there is still a bunch to sort out with Data and still risky, but not worried about these BS suits, was my point
