RE:RE:RE:So...
RE:RE:RE:So...Still DUMB....it ends after one year or when 5,000 kg processed.
Renews automatically on one year terms....if the parties figure it is worth it. If EVE makes any $$$ that are worthwhile.
EVE just lost $4.22 million selling "fresh bud" at $1.21. Do you think it will make more selling old, aging bud from vault no one wants? There should be NO old AGING Bud in Vault.
Renews automatically skier59 wrote: You really should stop calling me Dumb, cause you are a hell of alot DAMN DUMBer ! Automatically Renews every year!
Pursuant to the Agreement, NMC will provide cannabis biomass to be processed into distilled THC and CBD oils at Nextleaf’s closed-loop extraction plant in Metro Vancouver. The resulting bulk THC and CBD oils will be sold by Nextleaf Labs through its Commercial Partners Program and the wholesale market, with the netproceeds of such sales to be shared by Nextleaf Labs and NMC. The initial term of the Agreement will end on the earlier of (a) 12 months, and (b) the date upon which 5,000 kilograms of cannabis biomass has been processed, and automatically renews thereafter for successive one-year terms. reallyBobbyZ wrote: Again...DAMN you are DUMB! EVE didn't sell NextLeaf anything! There is no receivable!
"EVE will share in any profit NextLeaf can make" when it sells the extract.
EVE most likely shipped NextLeaf old, aging inventory that was sitting in their vault for many, many months...stuff they couldn't sell at $1.21 as prime retail bud.
EVE gave ZERO GUIDANCE on how old the material was or what value they had placed on it...but quite likely had deprciated it over time.
The "deal" was 5 tons. No mention of 5 tons per year...that you dreamed up.
Bob skier59 wrote: The deal with Nextleaf is to supply about 5000 kilos per year. Do you think they are giving it for free? I don't ! So, at what price per gram would they be supplying to Nextleaf? $1.20 ??
If that is the case, it would add $6million in sales? This is one which I'd like some answers as to how it will operate, in regards to costs and sharing of sales/profits?
Like I said before, Germany is now up and running for 2021. Add to those Rev's whatever they will get from Nextleaf for the oils, and 2021 should look a heck of alot better than 2020.
