I would agree on the $3 by Xmas if all three of the points happen but only 2/3 are likely. The last point about the curve flattening will not happen, at least in the US as both Black Friday shopping and thanksgiving will probably increase the numbers in the next few weeks and too late for the vaccines as you require 2 shots a month apart.
As for Canada....no vaccines and no curve flattening.
Lets hope OPEC does its part.
