The sagd plant at Conacher was moved from the Sea Can as originally manufactured and placed in a purpose built, heated building. A permit extention was applied for the Conacher Plant.

This is a positive fact! David Bromley has a 40 year record of producing water treatment plants of several designs with a excellent track record. I have no reason to believe he has failed at Conacher. David Bromley web site states he is still working at Conacher with PurLucid.
