RE:NI 43-101Yes an NI 43-101 survey "proves out " the resource and is documented proof of it. This property was  magnetically assessed by helicopter a few years ago if I remember correctly and that is where GP is coming up with numbers as high as 60,000,000 tons. This method is quite accurate but does not qualify for NI 43-101. Little or no permitting is required for that type of survey.
A NI 43-101 on this property makes  it a near " Gold Mine" ;););). Personallly I have been waiting and hoping for the last couple years for this permitting because it in of itself will add $$$$$$
