SNG have a bunch of "neat" properties, properties that are not worth too much now but have some potential in a stronger junior mining market. They also have $1M. BUT tree hill has the excitement factor. With a $14M market cap it appears to be a good deal. Compare this to Novo resources who are looking for their own Witwatersand 2.0 in the Pilbara (Australia). The market cap on that one is $548M - still - and I am pretty sure they do not have the gold in minable quantities.
