RE:RE:RE:RE:They could be the ones shorting the stock...Why do you guys have a problem with me venting on a public forum designed for this very purpose when I'm not impressed with what is happening with management of a company that I'm invested in? Are these boards only to spread good vibes and positivity?

Why is it so difficult to understand that I'm here voicing my concerns with fellow shareholders and talking about the potential downsides of this investment. Unlike Red/Wally, I know this is a very risky play, like most penny stocks, with more downside potential than up. Regardless of what my end goal may be, flip or hold long term, the fact is that I have a lot of shares and I'm tired of horrible management team who has been saying no more dilution and then diluted 3 times since. They have made lots of false promises as it relates to BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. They have been unable to secure any non-dilutive funds other than a couple grants. They have spent millions on useless IR and promotion companies providing 0 value to shareholders. They have board members who do not invest $ or time. There are a lot of things here that certain posters choose to ignore but ignoring a problem doesn't make it go away. Get your heads out of your rear and get management to make some changes before any of the larger shareholders decide to sell and leave you holding a bag of pennies. The other alternative is to vote the current management off the island. Many here have been patient and supported the company for many years, now it's managements turn to get their stuff together and sell this company to someone who can reward the shareholders and more importantly, use the technology to help cure the disease.
