The more your plants run , the more likely they are to break. The smaller the margin of error is - the worse availability could get .Not a good circle.
The good part of this is new management may see this as a problem ; it is fixable.
Hopefully the two additional facilities under construction in Alberta and Alabama will ease the pressure off the existing plants so that there will be enough wiggle room for proper maintenance
