RE:class A shares trading

RE:class A shares tradingIf true, what a lovely family, redistributing shares to other family members at twice the price instead of current market value. Personally, I think it's something else.

In my opinion its a redistribution of shares among members of the family for tax purposes , in order words avoiding a big capita gain for new family owners. 

That does not mean that bbd.a  shares are overvalued ,probably 1$ its the fair price for A and B shares.
