RE:RE:RE:Time To Add.Stinzo, I sense some frustration, some warranted.
They never said they can't travel to Germany,
"
Acquired pieces of equipment suitable for the assembling of a commercial scale PGX unit. Timelines to initiate building of the customized large scale unit to be defined due to COVID-19 travel restrictions and resulting availability of expert personnel." I don't know who the expert personnel are but they could be from hot spots and not solely CZO employees.
What would be the purpose of buying back shares: just to temporarily prop up the share price? This is a growth stock, a company transitioning to biopharma. They are setting up equipment (2 locations) and a new plant for commercial production. In addition they have mentioned that since they have so many products in the pipeline, they would prioritize how they will allocate capital. Perhaps this is why we hear about potential applications for insulin, then nothing thereafter. After the last raise in 2016, we should be grateful, yes grateful that we have not seen dilution in our shares from the need to raise capital.

One thing I would like to point out tho, is the false claim that they can't travel to Germany to work on the plant. I have taken few planes in the last 6 months between Canada and Europe with no difficulty and on a personal basis. So a bit hard for me to swallow that their german execution is delayed because of travel. There is planes flying and all countries accept work reasons, even easier if they can use their life science background.
Base business is doing great, but unless they use some of that 6 M on buying back shares, the profit from the base business is not giving me any extra value.
