Its Bell Mountain Project consists of unpatented mining claims that are located on federal lands. The Bell Mountain Project is in Reno, Nevada in the Fairview mining district, which is comprised of four gold and silver resource deposits, namely the Spurr, Varga, Sphinx and East Ridge deposits. It has a 100% interest in six claim groups in the Athabasca Northern Basin of Saskatchewan. It also has interests in the Hatchet Lake located in Athabasca basin of Saskatchewan.

Market Cap is about half value of cash and investments

Sept 30 F/S show $3 mill cash + $17 mill investments.

Investments include Skeena and Southern Empire shares. Sure SMP has collapsed since Oct 1 but still trading at a fraction on FMV.

Skeena is really well funded and SMP has a chunk of Bullfrog which just raised $20 mill and brought Warke on board.

ERC's Bell Mountain play is back in exploration mode following a three year hiatus to allow the US Navy to decide how much land it needed to fly jets and drones in Nevada.
