FDA. Has any thought about the fda possibly stepping in which may have caused the delay.
I got the idea from another board and looked into it.
Cbd is totally leagal across most of North America and other country's, but you cant make any claims that your cbd product can have benificial effects for treating any disorders or illnesses ( I don't no if nicotine addiction falls into that but it probably does)
so I'm thinking by setti making the claims that the cbd will help easy nicotine cravings and will help curve the addiction, they may have overstepped there boundaries and the fda MAY take issue with this.
even if this is true ( which I don't no). The fda will first issue a warning as to how they can market there product, taat would then Need to change any marketing that includes cbd benifits befor they can sell the product.
so obviously we don't no what there website contains, and if there was a large amount of cbd information they would have to restructure all of it.
Just my thoughts, might not even be the case but it makes sense
cbd is not fda approved there for you cannot market any sort of Heath or therapeutic benifits.
That being said, they should just stick to the main selling points of taat.
1.No tobacco and nicotine
2.taste and smells lie tobacco
3.keep the ritual of a true cigarette experience
4. Half the cost of a traditional smoke
then throw in " contains cbd" but not say that it has any benifits, just let the consumer decide that cbd will help from other sources.
If that is the case I bet it will be resolve quickly with re marketing, I doubt it would be an ongoing issue
Again just a thought
