RE:RE:News ReleaseUnfortunately the answer will probably be yes. It wouldn't be fair to the initial investors though. When you think of it, we made the intial investment, took the risk so if a company or individual can walk in and get a sweet deal like that, well it just wouldn't be right and especially after share holders agreed to the spin out under the conditions or terms w were told before the voting took place. If the share price is over .50 and the warants are say .75 then it would be easier to swallow. This is only my opinion and hopefully no warrants, warrants are all too often handed out by management and it can be a sigh of weakness on their negotiating.
Why offer free warrants if your property is as good as FSX has.
