You assume that Nexoptic is something important for these 3 tech giants. Not for the first time people assume and then see 40 millions flushed down the toilet.

FYI, GM resigned the deal with NKLA and no longer have stake in the company. Nexoptic reminds me about Nikola a lot, at a smaller scale though.
