RE:RE:RE:without leadership
I have been trying to get the following point across time and time again. Vivo, read Barry Fishman, has no positive connection to Capital markets. The final death rattle of any connection he might have had was when he cancelled the $5m offering and then reported to trading irregularities to OSC. He, read VIVO, simply lost any remaining credibility. He had to put on his big boy pants and do the right thing by stepping aside, for himself, his colleagues, and maybe even for us. He built a good company, but its hard to survive the kind of decisions that were made in October. Hats off to him, not an easy time as the capital markets are so tight on LPs and they are extremely predatory and crooked..........If I had my way, given the excellent strategic direction already instilled, I would look for a CEO with track record of Capital market/m&a super success. I would also bring in-house the role of Capital markets/pr and immediately turf NATIONAL Capital. Cheers, Schaff
