Lion Electric snapped up by US strategic acquisition company

Lion Electric snapped up by US strategic acquisition companyLion electric just got bought up by a Kansas investment company called Northern Genesis Acquisition Corp.  Lion is a competitor in the BUS space, for sure, BUT, to see a major acquisition firm stating that the company

“Lion surpasses all our expectations on all these dimensions and we are confident that it has potential to be a great public company in the emerging decarbonized economy,” Robertson said.

Should be good news for BUS shareholders as well.  We now have exposure in the US (plant in Washington )..........Possible buyout at some point??  Either way, looking like our medium sized electric buses will be in demand.

Time will tell........
