RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Private Placement

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Private PlacementI don't really care whether a private investment fund bought a portion of the private placement or whether it is simply private investors.  What I do care about is insider activity on this PP.  To me, it would be quite negative if we had little or no insider inclusion in this PP, since the insiders should know the full story of risk/rewards for ETI.  The press release for the PP indicated: "Certain directors and officers of the Company intend to purchase units under the Private Placement".  What I would like to know is how many insiders and what size of purchase will they take in the PP.

The need to return to the market for funding was known for some time.  The need for additional financing was yet another headwind for the stock price.  Once this PP is closed (mid-December), I'm hopeful that we find out that it was fully subscribed and that insider participation was significant.

I am still excited about the possibilities for ETI.  I do believe mistakes have been made, but I also believe the best is yet to come.
