He says Operation Warp speed was put in effect to develop the vaccines. The vaccines are now in the hands of the FDA to clear them for distribution and he claims the FDA operates at turtle speed regardless of necessity.
He say what is involved now is just a "paper" routine. Experts have to read through all of the process and results to this point and they could do that so much faster. If only someone would push it as an "emergency" requirement. He was not a happy camper re the bureaucracy and the lack of respect for what the urgency is.
