Even at 1600 , KL is dirt cheap spitting out cashflow. Rerate will come...just a matter of time.
Ive seen this in Russian oil and Gazprom. Shares dod not move for a long period even at a p/e of 1.5...I waited a few years then got a few 50 baggers out of it, one 200 bagger.
