E3 Lithium Ltd V.ETL

Alternate Symbol(s):  EEMMF

E3 Lithium Ltd. is a Canada-based development company. The Company is focused on commercial development of lithium extraction from brines contained in its mineral properties in Alberta. Its Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) on-exchange technology uses a sorbent designed to be selective towards lithium ions. Its technology reduces volumes of low-grade brine into a high-grade lithium concentrate, removing nearly all impurities. This produces a clean product for the development of high purity lithium compounds used in Li-ion batteries. The Company has measured and indicated lithium resources in Canada, with 16.0 million tons (Mt) measured and indicated Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (LCE), hosted in the Leduc Aquifer. In addition, it has 0.9 Mt of inferred mineral resources in its Rocky Area.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:AHHHin the long run it’s quite beneficial for Etmc. They will plan to hire new technical people to overcome the Livent team. They don’t have to pay up the millions of shares that were planned upon finishing the pilot project which is nearly about 10 months away from finishing, and they are stronger in finding a partnership at this late in the juncture considering they have a lot less dilution from the removal of Livent. They have already achieved so much over the years from their assistance and got full rights to the technological property that is nearly finished. The reason Livent left is they had a mandate to stop all projects to cut capital costs across the board including their project in Argentina. Overall the downside is they may have lost the ability to get the capital cost from Livent but it would have been at really heavy cost and dilution. Here they can raise a small financing and make a much better deal with someone at a much better premium. Still love the play with E3 and Chris.
