Why is it so low

Why is it so lowI don't understand why this stock is even lower than before the pandemic. They have the potential to enter in the Covid vaccine market early 2021 with the partnership with Medicago.

Medicago already had great Phase 1 result so I was expecting some traction on this stock? What is going on?
