Its 3,015-acre Chibougamau project is composed of four separate claim blocks and is located in the direct vicinity of Lac Chibougamau, Quebec, Canada. Its 100-per-cent-owned Perron-East Gold Project consists of five mineral claim blocks covering 11,608 acres located in the Abitibi greenstone belt of northwestern Quebec.

Looks at the maps,  you can see where the spmt property would lie.  There is gold there.

If you compare it to Amex's map.  There is gold occurances going through the property.
