RE:Year End and Q1 at same time?Good point cleareye, they might report both quarters at the same time. 

I don't see any error in yesterday's report, they wrote: "The Company is working expeditiously on the steps required to complete the Annual Financial Filings and expected to be able to file the Annual Financial Filings by November 28, 2020. The Company and the auditors have requested additional time..." and so far, it seems that additional time was granted.

H-Source, RLV's ppe partners, reported their 3rd quarter (ending in september 2020) yesterday.  Have a look to their MD&A, there is talk about RLV partnership and obviously, the big ppe contract is for real guys.  I expect the results of this 20M usd contract to show in RLV second quarter (ending in december 2020).
