It appears they raised 30 million through a Convertible Debenture in Dec 2019 and then they purchased about 23 million worth of Convertible Debentures on December 30th.

correct me if im wrong but it 7 millions left in that private placement that may be converted into share in the futur? agra pay on day 1 interest (10% per year)of all the 30 millions even if it not all use...
